One of our most frequent questions from the public is "how do I book a pool party at the BCC"? Here are a few things you need to know:

WHO: Anyone can reserve or attend a pool party! You do not have to be a member of the BCC to reserve a pool party, and your guests do not have to be members either.

WHAT: Pool parties are for two-hour, private reservations of our indoor pool. A lifeguard is provided so that kids can swim, but there is a maximum of 25 swimmers in the pool; if you want more, we can hire a second lifeguard for an additional charge if you give us enough notice.

Cake and refreshments ARE allowed in the pool area or out in our game room lobby, but you are responsible for completely cleaning up after your group. (We're happy to provide you with cleaning supplies upon request.) There is a $100 deposit left via check before the party, and when it's determined that everything is left clean, that check is returned to you.

WHEN: Only two pool parties can be reserved each week: on Saturday from 4 to 6pm or on Sunday from 3:30 to 5:30pm. It's best to get your reservation in at least a month in advance to make sure you get the date you need.

WHERE/HOW/HOW MUCH: We're currently transitioning to online reservations, but you can still stop by our office or call and get the reservation made with a credit card. (You'll need to mail or drop by your deposit check before the day of the party.)

The cost of the reservation is $85 for up to 25 swimmers and $100 for 25+. Payment is due when the reservation is made.

The deposit is $100 (via check, returned to you afterwards) and is due two weeks before the party date.

WHERE ELSE CAN WE HAVE OUR PARTY?: Rentals of our meeting room, banquet hall, and gym are also possible, and the outdoor City Pool does pool parties in season as well. The rustic event cabin at Berryville's Luther Owens Shooting Range park can be rented during warmer seasons too!
