A rider may receive a "seat unavailable" message for a few reasons. If we do not have a bus available to complete your trip or if we are unable to complete your trip (pick up and drop off) within 45 minutes, then you will receive that message. Please note there may be other riders on your bus that we also must get to their destination within their allotted time. Finally, if our services are unavailable due to: weather, mechanical issues, short-staffed, or holidays.
