UNIVERSITY OF THE OZARKS ATHLETICS: SCAC Announces Academic Swim and Dive Honor Roll

University of the Ozarks Athletics issued the following announcement on June 21.

8 University of the Ozarks women's and men's swimmers and divers were named to the 2021-2022 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Academic Honor Roll, it was announced by the league office recently.

To qualify, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.25 and be a regular member of a varsity athletic team in a sport sponsored by the conference.

The women's honorees include Kelly Arango, a sophomore undeclared major from Guatemala; Kylee Booher, a sophomore biology and business administration major from Lamar, Ark.; Faith Coffin, a freshman environmental studies major from Waco, Texas; Shalley Coffin, a senior art major from Waco, Texas; Jordyn-Joycelyn Ellington, a freshman health science major from Dardanelle; Skylar Frazier, a junior mathematics major from Pocahontas, Ark.; Macy McPhillips, a freshman undeclared major from Clarksville, Ark.; Natalie Naramore, a sophomore accounting major from Lufkin, Texas; Isabella Olarte, a senior art and psychology major from Colombia; Emily Spillers, a junior biology major from Scranton, Ark.; Rosie Wade, a junior music major from Clarksville, Ark.; and Ariana White, a sophomore English and health science major from Broken Arrow, Okla.

The men's honorees include Joel Coppernoll, a senior business administration major from Bryan, Texas; Wiley Grantham, a sophomore accounting major from Canton, Miss.; Tyler Hamrick, a freshman business administration major from Springdale, Ark.; Nicolai Van Zyl, a senior biology major from Longview, Texas; Michael Vargas, a junior history and psychology major from Pasadena, Texas; and Tyler Young, a freshman physical education major from Bryant, Ark.
