CARROLL COUNTY – AR: ORT Update

16

Carroll County – AR issued the following announcement on June 19.

The 11th time is a charm! Let’s hope that’s the case for the Diamond Hogs this weekend as they return to Omaha to face the highest seeded team still in the post season, the Stanford Cardinal, in their quest for their first national championship in baseball. https://arkansasrazorbacks.com/all-sports-schedule/ Should they win the day; they’ll go on to face a familiar SEC-West foe in either Ole Miss or Auburn.

Catch the game at your favorite watering hole on one of many big-screen tvs. https://www.clarionledger.com/.../college.../7617393001/ The first pitch is set for 1 p.m. CST and it’s going to be a scorcher!

Celebrate the OmaHOG victory in style with a cold beverage and the best music from the 80s! A “Tribute to the fabulous Freddie Mercury” will take the Butterfield Stage in Historic Downtown Rogers tonight. https://railyardlive.com/ Doors open at 7 p.m. Music starts at 8 p.m.
