Harison Regional Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Leadership is a critical piece of any organization of any size and there are many opportunities to hone your skills as a leader whether you're the owner or at entry level. The inspiration for this workshop came from the December Young Professionals roundtable session talking with Chris Rost, Mark Methvin, and Sammie Cribbs about recognizing the needs of those around you and the differences in communication styles across different generations.
Inter-Generational Leadership: Leadership that is aware of the generational differences and their potential contributions, where leaders from different generations are clearly identified and mutually respected.
With Gen Z and Millennials making up nearly half of the full-time workforce in the U.S. it's our goal to educate and inspire at this workshop on how we as employers and employees can recognize our wants and needs from the workforce and develop the next generation of organizational leaders.
