Congratulations Officer Evans for leading the state of Arkansas in stolen vehicle recovery through the desert snow interdiction program.
Evans moved into fifth place nationwide this weekend after recovering another stolen vehicle. Keep up the good work!
Also if you’re in possession of a stolen vehicle you might wanna avoid this guy!
