City of Berryville issued the following announcement on May 17.

It's the BCC's birthday party on Saturday (you're coming, right?), but we're handing out presents: For example, at least eighteen lucky families will get FREE CARSEATS OR BACKLESS BOOSTER SEATS from a UAMS program if they sign up beforehand and show up on Saturday!
Sessions include a 40-minute Buckle-Up For Life educational video; afterward, participants will receive a free seat installation by certified technicians. In order to receive a seat parents must bring their children so that seats can be proportioned to fit properly. Sessions will be available in English, Spanish, and Marshallese.
