Carroll County – AR issued the following announcement on April 17.

April showers bring May flowers as the saying goes and this past week has presented a little of both.

We are one week away from live music at the AMP https://waltonartscenter.org/amp/ and just a couple away from more live music in Historic Downtown Rogers and the Railyard Live Concert Series https://railyardlive.com/ One would be forgiven for getting in the Summer state-of-mind!

Rogers Aquatic Center is still hiring for summer https://www.rogersar.gov/1333/Rogers-Aquatics-Center ORT services the Aquatic Center now and through the summer.

Ashtyn Barbaree, 2021’s Arkansas State Music Ambassador, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Fayetteville, will be playing tonight in Historic Downtown Rogers, at Levi’s Gastrolounge. https://www.nwahomepage.com/calendar/...

Ride the ORT-On-Demand Transit (ODT) service for zero charge to these destinations this weekend. Always confirm transit routes within the timeframe of your entertainment choices. ODT allows a rider to schedule trips from bus stop or address to a bus stop or address using the App on one’s smart phone.

Smart Phone Instructions

• Go to the App Store or GooglePlay.

• Download the ORT-On-Demand App, which is free.

• Create an account by providing the requested information. Please designate “ALLOW” when prompted for notifications. This will result in arrival updates for scheduled rides.

• A verification number will be provided to complete the account process. Enter and the account set-up is complete
