Arkansas Child Abuse/Rape/Domestic Violence Commission issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
Because of inclement winter weather, UAMS is implementing its inclement weather policies for its main campus in Little Rock.
Non-critical campus areas are closed today, Feb. 23. UAMS will notify employees and students when those areas are reopened or if decisions are made to extend or lift the inclement weather declaration.
Clinical Programs are operating according to the Medical Center inclement weather policy. The COVID-19 Drive-Thru testing area and the Monroe Vaccine Clinic are closed today and Thursday. UAMS has made alternative arrangements for pre-operative patient and employee COVID-19 testing at the Family Medicine Clinic.
