Carroll County – AR issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.
Due to inclement weather in our area, ORT will be closed and all operations suspended tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 5. Staff will continue to monitor weather conditions and will make a determination of whether to resume or suspend operations for Monday’s routes.
