As we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving this week, we recognized Arkansas Turkey Week at the Capitol!
Arkansas ranks second in the nation in turkeys raised in the United States. When you sit down to eat your Thanksgiving dinner, remember to thank an Arkansas farmer.
