University of Central Arkansas issued the following announcement on Oct. 6.
The University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees will hold its October meeting at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 8, in the Board of Trustees Conference Room. Those wishing to view the meeting virtually may do so using this link.

Following the meeting, the Board of Trustees will hold a planning session at UCA Downtown, 1105 Oak Street. The planning session will have no action items for consideration and should conclude by 4 p.m.
The Audit and Finance Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m., prior to the board meeting, in Wingo 315.
