What is POUND?
If you like the combination of thumping drum music and great cardio, then Pound is for you. Pound is a full-body workout combining the fun of drumming and different types of sweat-dripping exercises. It includes ripstix to create light resistance and combines strength-training, cardio with pilates, and yoga movements. In this workout, you will be doing a high-intensity workout but it is fun because you concentrate more on volume and rhythm instead of counting the sets and reps. You will get addicted instantly to this fun workout.
