On Wednesday, March 19, former Valley Springs High School standout Maura Moore’s current college team, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Catamount Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Golden Hurricane’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 5 p.m. at Mary Bowers Field against UAB Blazers.
