Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and KaleidoKites of Eureka Springs are excited to announce the 31st Annual Kite Festival event which will be held at the Refuge on March 25 from 10AM to 3PM. This free event is fun for all ages! Enjoy flying your own kite in the big event field or buy or build one with the help of the kite experts from KaleidoKites. Goodie bags distributed until they run out, fun raffles and more! Be sure to mark your calendar and plan to attend.
