Spring Break is nearly here! Are they bored yet? Read on:

Special Events at the BCC for kids:

Monday 3/20: Movie at 2pm (Bad Guys, PG) with $1 popcorn! Bring a water bottle, blanket or camp chair if you like.

After the movie, kids can have a try at our new 9 Square In the Air group game, and then hit the gym and pool when the lifeguard arrives at 4pm.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: We'll have two extra hours of swim time for kids-- the lifeguard will be at the pool from 2pm to 6:45pm these three days!

Friday 3/24: Another movie at 2pm! (How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World, PG) with more $1 popcorn! (Again, bring your water bottle and something to make yourself comfortable if you like... and again, we'll play 9 Square afterwards until the lifeguards arrive at the pool at 4pm.)

Parents are enthusiatically welcomed at all these events! We appreciate your presence. Kids, remember that your good behavior will make it possible for more fun things like this to be scheduled in the future.

More Spring Break Fun that's always available:

INDOORS- Our gym and lobby/game room have many options! Come play basketball, volleyball, tetherball, pickleball, ride the Plasmacars, and more in the gym;

Play racquetball or handball in the racquetball room;

Play pingpong (free), pool $.75, or air hockey ($.75) in the lobby;

Or swim in the pool during the lifeguarded Open Swim times (more about that below!)

OUTDOORS- Don't forget about our pavillions for picnics, our playground and soccer field for fun and exercise, the new dog park for pooch play, and the short walk from our parking lot to beautifully restored Berry Spring for fun and a bit of local history. There's a gagaball pit outside the pool area; if you want to gather a crowd for a game, just ask us for a ball.

Please forward and share this post to help all of our area families enjoy their time off this week!
