CITY OF BERRYVILLE: Volunteer Opportunity

Vol needed

City of Berryville issued the following announcement on April 13.

Did you or your own kids benefit from youth league baseball?

Do you miss those spring days at the ballpark?

Maybe you just want to spend a little time helping Berryville and its kids.

We have a real shortage of concession stand volunteers this season. Providing snacks and drinks helps our ball program during practices and games, but it also provides profits that help sustain the teams, keeps our enrollment fees low, and gives us needed equipment like pitching machines, banners, and more.

Can you give a few hours a week, for the next few weeks, to sell drinks and hand out snacks and smiles? We'd really appreciate the help!

Email parks@berryville.com with your name, email, and cell phone number, along with any availability details, and we'll get back to you quickly. The season runs roughly from now through mid July.

THANK YOU! It takes a village to make baseball happen for Berryville!
